You’ve probably seen Jessie Oleson Moore’s illustration work before. Since her days studying at the prestigious Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, her work has become common sight around the internet via her well known baking blog, CakeSpy.com, a foodie fixture since 2007. The site prominently features recipes and baked good lore paired with her signature clever illustrations.

She has also written and illustrated two well-received cookbooks, CakeSpy Presents Sweet Treats for a Sugar-Filled Life and The Secret Lives of Baked Goods, which were respectively featured on the Today Show and received starred reviews from Publishers Weekly. Her artwork has been licensed to clients such as Sock It To Me, Madison Park Greetings, Design Design, and Taylored Expressions to create products including greeting cards, socks, magnets, and rubber stamps. Her illustrations have been featured in publications including Cake Central, Taste of Home, and Seattle Woman magazine, and she has worked on projects featuring writing and illustration with clients including Serious Eats, Craftsy, Saveur Magazine, Microsoft, The Wisconsin Butter Board, and Girl Scouts.
