Wendy Loggia at Delacorte has acquired The Curse of the Dead Man's Diamond by Christyne Morrell (Trex), contemporary middle grade mystery about a girl who's been uprooted from NYC to Florida and finds herself living in a haunted house with a trio of ghosts who are cursed for stealing a dead man’s diamond. Publication is set for fall 2024; Danielle Chiotti brokered the deal for North American rights.
