Leah Chen is a children’s book illustrator born in China and now based in Australia. She loves creating colorful, character-driven illustrations filled with humor, warmth, and lively storytelling. After many years as an art director in advertising, Leah happily traded campaigns for children’s books and now spends her days dreaming up characters and visual worlds for young readers.Once the tiny human monster is off at school, Leah can usually be found tending the plants around her triangle house or sketching new characters who might one day find their way into a story.
